"Just" a seed...

Unless a seed goes into the ground & dies, it remains just a seed. BUT if it dies, it produces MUCH fruit.

It's difficult to see when you're in what feels like dark, tight, unknown spaces. It's uncomfortable. You remember your life on the tree. Connected. Feeling a part of something. Suddenly, you're catapulted into your purpose- the reason you're on the earth. Somehow you imagined it'd be far more...glamorous? You have so much potential! So much life has been spoken into & over you! The world is your oyster! And now you're...stuck. At least it feels this way. "This is not what I signed up for!" And you're tempted to give up. Gather up what you have & return to the tree...but you don't realize, life began as a seed but it was never meant to STAY this way. You exist for a bigger purpose. Your life is not your own.

Death is painful. It feels...wrong. But anything that is sown in Christ🌱 RESURRECTS. IT NEVER TRULY DIES. IT COMES ALIVE. IT MULTIPLIES.

Perhaps THIS is the moment you were unknowingly prepared for. Expectation hits reality- are you willing to stick it out? Not just when it's easy & fun. When it gets hard. When everything inside you is screaming to just go back to "the way it was". In these moments, what you say you believe really gets tested.

Showing up is easy. Staying is the difficult part. Stay.

Planted. Grow. Trust. Have faith that the One who created the seed knows what He is doing.

Stay connected to Him.

You won't be in the ground forever. These are only just moments. The greatest words with unlimited potential are "unless...if..."
