Hello!
It has been quite a while since I have shared an update!
In the time since we've last been together, I helped to organize and staff, as well as partner with YWAM Mazatlan to launch a Business With A Mission school for Latin America. As well as staffing & logistics, I was a student in the school, actively learning the principles of Business With A Mission and receiving vision from God for the future! I was imparted into weekly by global leaders, businessmen and women who are actively serving in many different capacities from non-profits, to businesses that were started with the goal to create economic solutions in impoverished communities and disciple people within those spheres.
As a staff-student, it afforded me the ability to learn firsthand from the leaders of the school how to run a secondary school for business. It was a 'school' within a school, and an incredible opportunity to glean from those who have been carrying the torch for business as missions!
The goal in staffing was to be able to bring the school back to Los Angeles- a first of its kind for YWAM USA!
SO- this year 2024, we are doing just that! My co-staff Daisy and I are officially launching School of Transformational Business here at YWAM LA in the Fall, beginning September 19th! We have been laboring for a year and a half, building relationships, researching the demographics of this huge global business hub that Los Angeles is, and seeking to understand what God's heart is for this city He has sent us to and its people. It is a place of many different cultures, over 150 languages spoken, and a global hub for business world-wide. We seek to GO into all the world, to people wherever they are and wherever God sends us, and not only preach the Gospel, but actively live it out in our daily lives, business dealings, and ministries. The Bible says the world would know we are Christians by our love. But how can they know if we are not where they are? This is the goal- to train and raise up every believer in the marketplace to GO into their sphere of influence and TRANSFORM it. Creating spaces where people are valued the way God values them.
There is SO much more that I could say! God has been FAITHFUL, and I am blown away by His goodness, as well as the generosity of so many of you who have financially partnered with me to see this vision come to fruition! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! SO much of what I get to do for God is with your partnership through prayer, giving, and continued friendship. I SO value each one of you and the role you play in the Gospel going forth! Let's GO 2024!
THIS YEAR as well, I have continued serving on worship teams for our YWAM base, as well as local churches and now weekly Worship with the Word sets at Pasadena House of Prayer! What a privilege it is to be entrusted to lead people in the place of devotion and honor to God!
I will also be serving with our bases GO Team that does evangelism weekly to Hollywood, Venice Beach and Santa Monica, as well as Hollywood Prayer Network events that serve believers within the Hollywood industry as actors, actresses, directors, producers and more. As well as continuing to host teams that come to our base from all over the world! Most recently, I had the opportunity to help host the Carry The Love tour with Circuit Riders, 50 people total, as they stayed a week on our base in preparation to head across the U.S. and evangelize college campuses!

Current Needs!
I have been offered a ministry vehicle for the next year in answer to a huge need and prayer! I am actively fundraising to be able to make the insurance payment of $1443 due at the end of February! This amount pays for full coverage for the whole year! This is a huge need for what I do here and would be a TREMENDOUS blessing! I currently have $183 towards this amount already!
I am in need of new monthly supporters! As staff, we raise 100% of our own ministry costs here. Included in this is 'staff fees' which cover- all utilities, wifi, water. Currently the amount for this is $325.00/month, although there have been talks of this amount going up to meet the rising costs of utilities in LA. We also cover all of our gas for any ministry we do in the city, which can get very costly as gas on average is nearing $5.00 a gallon and it is a minimum of an hour round-trip for close events, and upwards of nearly 2 hours each way. LA is HUGE! But the fruit we have been seeing is SO worth it! We do receive a weekly donation of food basics to our base, but still needing basics outside of what is not available, especially toiletries. I am looking to raise an additional $200/month in monthly support to help cover these needs! Please prayerfully partner with me for what God is doing through YWAM in Los Angeles!
